I've been neglecting posts for a while now. But for good reason. I've spent the last several months putting finger to keyboard and writing "The Art of the Mentally Healthy Conversation".
The book is now available in the Shop on the evenhood.org website, as well as on Kindle. You can get it in paperback and e-book form. The shop also stocks a shorter Guide that I use in workshops with organisations that are aiming to develop a culture of mutual support for wellbeing.
The book explores how we can have more effective wellbeing conversations. It includes tools on effective ways for you to discover your "resilient resources" - which are the things that help you to manage your wellbeing and to perform & be effective.
My intention is to focus future posts on personal stories from people I have worked with and the things that help them manage their wellbeing. So if you have a story to share (anonymously) about what keeps you resilient, please do.
