Marketing emails - legitimate interest
From time to time Evenhood makes use of marketing emails directed to individuals who are not registered with Evenhood and have not opted-in to receive such emails. It does so on the basis that:
-
there is a legitimate interest to the individual recipient and / or the organisation that they work for and / or a wider social interest in learning about how to develop and maintain resilience and wellbeing
-
in addition to this benefit, recipients will benefit from being given or being able to access free material that supports their and others' resilience and wellbeing (eg a free Guide or booklet or offer of a free talk)
-
such emails will be infrequent and will allow individuals to opt-out of future such emails
-
there is a legitimate interest in Evenhood developing it's micro-business that operates as a social enterprise for public benefit and which has no other meaningful ability to make others aware of the services that it offers
